Is there a refund policy?

At AUF, we strive to provide excellent service to all our supporters. Under UK charity laws we are not obliged to refund donations, unless it is for a specific circumstance (The Charities Act 2011). However, we understand that there are situations where the refund request will require further consideration. A refund will be made at the discretion of AUF.
