Tears of joy fell in Gaza as volunteers of Al Ummah Foundation delivered 200 life-saving food packs to families on the brink. The smiles that lit up their faces; it was like a ray of hope piercing through the darkness.
Every pack represented more than just food; it was a promise that they weren’t forgotten, that someone cares.
The ground distributors are the unsung heroes working tirelessly in precarious circumstances, packed each bag with love, organised every item with precision, and delivered them with courage. Their selflessness in a voluntary capacity while facing danger is a testament to the power of humanity.
Each food pack means a meal, a prayer, a lifeline. Al Ummah Foundation’s mission continues, fueled by compassion and driven by need and honour. The honour to serve the blessed people of Gaza. Alhamdulilah.
There were happy tears for Al Ummah Foundation trustee members also. Many burst out crying as it was very emotional just seeing the pictures and videos and knowing what the innocent people of Gaza endured in the last few years, which is nothing short of a genocide!
Subhaan Allah.
A big thank you to all our donors, supporters, and fundraisers. You are the real stars who inspired us to work round the clock. Stay blessed
